PROS:-Easy and fast-They have pretty much everything or will have it the next dayCONS:-The older guys and the older woman who work there act like you're inconveniencing them no matter the situation, even checking out after finding something off a shelf and bringing it up yourself, they act bitter. It's been like that every time I've been in there recently and I go there a lot..-Prices tend to have a high margin over others. I go there because it's less than a mile from home but something like a spark plug will be at least $0.20 more not including the core taxes where they apply..-Their OBD II scanners work on less models than AutoZone and they don't give printouts like Autozone.. Oh, they especially act mad if you ask for free services..I guess nobody applies for jobs there and they just have rock solid job security.. Or management is just too lazy to properly manage a company.. Investors must be happy about that..
